WEB EXCLUSIVE: Lovejoy's Brooke Court leaving to coach McKinney Boyd baseball

Lovejoy baseball head coach Brooke Court's stay with the Leopards will end after just one season.
Not due to any shortcomings on the coach's behalf though, as Court has signed on to become the head coach at McKinney Boyd.
Court's tenure with the Leopards comes to a close after his inaugural stint with the program during which he amassed a 21-10 record, going 7-3 in District 11-3A play. Lovejoy advanced to the area round of the playoffs before falling to Argyle, 7-6.
In his new post, Court will be taking over for Brandon Milam, who resigned from his position with the Broncos to take an assistant principal job at Tatum High School. Just the program's second-ever baseball coach, Court will take over a Boyd squad that compiled a 24-9 record and a third consecutive playoff appearance.
Court has previous experience in McKinney ISD when he served as an assistant coach at McKinney North prior to coaching at Lovejoy.
