June 25
8:56 a.m. - Fire alarm on South Preston Road. Fire alarm was activated when there is no fire.
11:49 a.m. - Medical emergency at North Louisiana Drive.
2:29 p.m. - Fire alarm at East Malone Street. Fire alarm has been activated, unknown cause.
June 26
10:05 a.m. - Structure fire at South Preston Road. Roof of commercial building is on fire.
7:39 p.m. - Medical emergency at East Maple Street.
June 27
10:28 a.m. - Medical emergency at North Louisiana Drive.
12:42 p.m. - Medical emergency at County Road 132 in Collin County.
1: 39 p.m. - Major motor vehicle accident at North Preston Road. Two-vehicle accident with unknown injuries, was found to be in Prosper.
2:11 p.m. - Grass fire at North Preston Road and County Road 106 in Collin County. There is small grass fire on side of road.
6:35 p.m. - Medical emergency at North Louisiana Drive.
7:18 p.m. - Medical emergency at North Louisiana Drive.
June 28
1:01 p.m. - Agency assist at Andalusian Trail. Missing 5-year-old child.
3:59 p.m. - Grass fire at County Road 171 in Weston. Mutual aid for grass fire.
9:56 p.m. - Grass fire at County Roads 86 and 88 in Collin County. A grass fire is growing rapidly, probably started by fireworks.

9 a.m. - Event support at Farm-to-Market Road. Provide assistance and support to the Celina Splash and Blast celebration.
11:22 p.m. - Grass fire at County Roads 92 and 90 in Collin County. A field is on fire.

9:50 a.m. - Lockout on Farm-to-Market Road 428. Locked vehicle with keys inside.
10:14 a.m. - Grass fire at County Road 59 in Collin County. Small grass fire at edge of road. No structures threatened.
1:03 p.m. - Medical emergency on South Ohio Drive.
10:50 p.m. - Fire alarm at East Malone Street. Heat detector alarm is going off, found to be false alarm.
July 3
11:17 a.m. - Lockout at County Road 1224 in Collin County. Locked vehicle with keys inside.
12:21 p.m. - Grass fire at North Preston Road and County Road 134 in Collin County. Multiple grass fires started by fireworks being thrown from a car.
12:23 p.m. - Grass fire at North Preston Road and County Road 106 in Collin County. Multiple grass fires started by fireworks being thrown from a car.
12:26 p.m. - Grass fire at North Preston Road and County Road 100 in Collin County. Multiple grass fires started by fireworks being thrown from a car.
2:22 p.m. - Unauthorized burn at West Ash Street. Burning materials without a permit.
3:19 p.m. - Vehicle fire at East Pecan Street. Vehicle on fire about 10 feet from building.
5:11 p.m. - Lockout at South Ohio Drive. Locked vehicle with keys inside.

11:16 p.m. - Grass fire at County Road 1103 in Weston. Mutual aid for large grass fire.
11:18 p.m. - Grass fire at County Road 101 in Collin County. An acre on fire and spreading toward brush and the road.
July 5
12:25 a.m. - Grass fire at County Road 8 and Smiley Road in Collin County. Two small grass fires in a field.
1:09 a.m. - Grass fire at County Roads 97 and 101 in Collin County. A tree has rekindled from a previous grass fire.
1:29 a.m. - Grass fire at Farm-to-Market Road 1385 and Crutchfield Road in Prosper. Mutual aid for grass fire in corn field.
7:39 p.m. - Medical emergency at Tarpan Trail.
July 6
1:57 p.m. - Grass fire at Bryan Road in Aubrey. Mutual aid for a large grass fire.
July 7
12:52 p.m. - Medical emergency at North 7th Street in Gunter.
2:50 p.m. - Weather at North Louisiana Drive. Storm moving into area with possible tornado on the ground.
3:05 p.m. - Electrical fire at North Louisiana Drive and West Pecan Street. Transformer has blown and may be on fire.
3:32 p.m. - Hazardous condition at East Pecan Street and North New Mexico Drive. Tree down in roadway.
3:33 p.m. - Hazardous condition at West Elm Street and South Arizona Drive. Large tree limb down in roadway.
3:35 p.m. - Downed power line at West Ash Street. Power line keeps sparking and needs to be checked.
3:39 p.m. - Hazardous condition at County Road 132 in Collin County. Tree lying across roadway.
6:49 p.m. - Medical emergency at North 5th Street in Gunter.
