HOGAN
Donald K. Hogan was born on August 30, 1925 in Norborne, Missouri, and passed away August 7, 2012 in Lubbock, Texas.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Billy Hogan; his mother and father, Russell and Virgie Hogan, all of Norborne, Missouri.He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Dixie Hogan of Lubbock; three children, Rod Hogan (Dowla) of Plano, Texas, Pamela Kaye (Stan) of Gainesville, Florida, and Penny Burns of Lubbock, Texas. He is also survived by five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
For 52 years, he operated and owned Mac's Flowers and Greenhouses which later became Don Hogan Flowers.
Don was a Charter Member of the South Plains Lions Club and a member of The Executive Club.
Graveside services will be held at Resthaven Cemetery Tuesday, August 14th at 10 a.m. Memorial Services will follow at Sanders Funeral Home, 11 a.m. Visitation will be Monday evening, 6 p.m. at Sanders Funeral Home.
The family requests that donations be made to the Girls and Boys Club of Lubbock Texas in lieu of flowers.
