Police calls for April 16 - 23 compiled from information provided by the Police Department.

April 16

9:22 a.m. - Minor accident in the 2000 block of South Preston Road. No injuries, report filed.

3:57 p.m. - Follow-up investigation in the 300 block of East Beech Street. Trying to locate a juvenile suspect that threw a brick through a house window. Unable to locate, no one was at the residence.

5:14 p.m. - Criminal mischief in the 2700 block of Old Stables Drive. Reporting Person said someone egged her house and she would like an officer to come out. No report per complainant, let police know what's going on.

5:57 p.m. - Assist fire department in the 300 block of West Main Street. Structure fire. Helped with traffic control.

7:51 p.m. - Motorist assist in the 3000 block of North Preston Road. White Honda parked on shoulder with hazards on. Driver stated she had a flat. Officers changed flat and driver back on her way. Documentation only.

9:42 p.m. - Assist other agency in the 4200 block of Whitley Place. Prosper has suspect vehicle, they are needing officer to assist. Subject stated he is working on house and fell asleep in his car. Documentation only.

April 17

2:31 a.m. - Animal complaint in the 50 block of West Ash Street. Dog barking at residence. Found dog and spoke to owner who put dog in house.

9 a.m. - Assault in the 3400 block of North Preston Road. Follow-up on assault at high school. Followed up on complainant and witness came to police station. Took statements and prepared incident report.

8:41 p.m. -Assist other agency in the 2700 block of South Preston Road. Assist trooper on traffic stop.

April 18

9:31 a.m. - 911 hang-up in the 1200 block of Stanford Lane. Appears emergency phone at pool is malfunctioning.

1:06 p.m. - Traffic complaint at Preston and County Road 99. Semi speeding and almost ran Reporting Person off the road. Did not observe violation reported by Reporting Person. Stopped semi for other violation and issued verbal warning.

3:47 p.m. - Traffic stop in the 600 block of East Pecan Street. Arrested for warrants, transported to municipal court where warrants were paid.

6 p.m. - Juvenile problem in the 300 block of East Elm Street. Juvenile shooting cat. Spoke to owner of residence.

6:08 p.m. - Assault at school in the 3400 block of North Preston Road. Follow-up required. Mother will bring complaint to office for follow-up.

April 19

12:58 a.m. - Assist other agency at Dallas Parkway and Prosper Trail. Assist Prosper with DWI arrest, backup only.

1:14 a.m. - Back-up officer at Dallas Parkway and Prosper Trail. Backed up Prosper Police Department on DWI. Prosper arrested DWI subject.

2:56 a.m. - Community policing in the 300 block of Tobiano Court. Two bicycles left outside, crime card completed.

3:25 a.m. - Community policing in the 2800 block of Saddlebred Trail. Crime card completed.

7:36 p.m. - Suspicious circumstances in the 300 block of Carter Ranch Road. Man catching and keeping fish, made contact with suspect. He was not catching fish, but turtles.

11:05 p.m. - Narcotics violation in the 800 block of West Walnut Street, smelled odor of marijuana coming from apartments. Found marijuana and pipe in apartment during foot patrol.

11:38 p.m. - Suspicious vehicle in the 500 block of East Pecan Street. Vehicle coming out of Bobcat Stadium. Situation resolved, students working out.

April 20

6:38 p.m. - Assault in the 300 block of Palomino Lane. Reporting Person stated that her son was hit with a bat. Misunderstanding. Reporting Person's son was not hit. He was told by another boy that he was and he believed him. Spoke to all parties, no offense occurred.

7 p.m. - Missing person in the 14000 block of Parvin Road. Sixteen-year-old female never came home from school at Prosper. Referred to Prosper agency. Address is not Celina.

8:25 p.m. - Citizen assist in the 12000 block of Farm-to-Market Road 428. Officer picked up 2 juveniles that were walking from park to address in town. Gave ride to juveniles.

April 21

12:45 a.m. - Animal complaint in the 500 block of South Arizona Drive. Dog barking at residence. Officer sat out front of residence and did not hear any barking. No offense occurred.

2:05 a.m. - Driving while intoxicated at County Road 99 and Preston Road. Reporting Person's ex-husband left in Ford Explorer, very intoxicated, left going toward Preston. Checked area, unable to locate.

8:02 a.m. - Criminal trespass in the 3600 block of Preston Hills Circle. Reporting Person's brother-in-law is at his house knocking on door. Suspect has been CT'd from residence. Unable to locate. Suspect was not there when officer arrived. Protective order placed on suspect has expired as of yesterday.

8:23 a.m. - Criminal trespass in the 3600 block of Preston Hills Circle. Officer observed suspect at residence after being told to leave by homeowner. CTW issued in writing. Suspect has been entered as a registrant and on ICS alerts.

12:27 p.m. - Minor accident at Preston and Frontier. Minor accident hit-and-run. Referred to another agency. Accident happened in Prosper. Advised RP to contact them for an accident report. Gave RP CFS number for her documentation.

6:58 p.m. - Animal complaint in the 500 block of South Louisiana Drive. Tenants at this address have tied dogs up in backyard so they can be outside. Tenant is not home and property manager is worried dogs may get loose. Dogs were well-secured. Owners are home and they are watching dogs.

7:54 p.m. -Criminal trespass in the 1300 block of Bounds. Reporting Person stated that there is a subject there that will not leave when asked. CTW issued.

11:42 p.m. - Assist other agency at Frontier and Custer. McKinney Police Department is in pursuit with hit-and-run vehicle Requesting assistance, task completed.

April 22

12:46 a.m. - Suspicious circumstances in the 200 block of North Oklahoma Drive. Reporting Person stated that an individual was asking for money and trying to sell them something. Citation was issued for violation of city ordinance.

1:20 p.m. - Burglary of motor vehicle in the 300 block of Equine Lane. Three separate vehicles from three separate locations were burglarized. Report filed.

3:09 p.m. - Assault in the 200 block of West Beech Street. Reporting Person walked into police station stating that his ex-wife just assaulted him. RP stated he was slapped and pushed. Statements taken from both parties. Report filed.

4:03 p.m. - Noise complaint in the 400 block of South Ohio Drive. Loud music, no music was playing when officer arrived. No offense occurred.

5:10 p.m. - Major accident at Oklahoma and Preston Road. One motorcycle off in ditch. Accident report completed.

5:23 p.m. - Driving while intoxicated reported in the 1300 block of South Preston Road. Dark blue Ford Explorer, subject had a beer while at Sonic and then left out back, unknown which way he went. Unable to locate.

6:01 p.m. - Suspicious circumstances in the 2600 block of Old Stables Drive. Two blue bicycles in front of house under construction. Found two juveniles inside. Stated they were looking for nails, noticed no damage. Documentation only.

6:46 p.m. - Minor accident in the 17000 block of Farm-to-Market Road 455. Motorcycle accident, no injuries. Accident report completed.

April 23

1:10 a.m. - Suspicious circumstances in the 1600 block of County Road 128. Lights on vehicle parked in driveway. Made contact with owner who turned off lights.

2:24 a.m. - Noise complaint in the 700 block of West Elm Street. Subjects playing very loud music. Music has been turned off.
