HARTMAN
Velda Frances Hartman of McKinney, Texas passed away October 11, 2012 at the age of 92.
She was born August 12, 1920 to James Henry and Dora Mae (Craver) Hamilton in Farmersville, Texas.Velda worked for Bealls Department Store for more than 20 years.
Velda is survived by her son, Ronnie Hartman; granddaughter, Natalie McDonald and husband Brian; grandson, Bret Hartman and wife Tana; great-grandchildren, Doak McDonald, Presley McDonald, Dawson McDonald, Stran Hartman and numerous other loving nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter F. (Bill) Hartman; parents, James and Dora Hamilton and beloved brothers and sisters.
A funeral service will be held at noon on Monday, October 15, 2012 at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home in Allen, Texas. Interment will follow at Ridgeview Memorial Park in Allen, Texas. The family will receive friends during a visitation on Sunday from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
