Traffic signal knocked down at US 380/FM 423 intersection

The traffic signal at the intersection of US 380 and FM 423 has been partially knocked down by a traffic accident this afternoon, October 18. Traffic on US 380 is currently blocked in both directions, and motorists should avoid the area and take an alternate route.
As soon as the debris can be cleared, police officers will begin directing traffic through the intersection. The time for repair is not yet known, so motorists should expect delays at the intersection for the rest of the day until the traffic signal can be put back into operation sometime tonight.
