Obamacare and you

Now that the elections are over the path to Obamacare is much clearer. It will be impossible to over turn the ruling. But Texas, Florida and other states vow to fight it as it is currently written.
President Obama stated he will "work with the other party to find common ground". If that is true then Republicans want to change certain provisions in the bill. As it stands now employers and employees will have to be insured by January 1, 2014 or face penalties (taxes). Those that are financially unable to provide coverage will be in a pool similar to medicare/medicaid. Funding this has still not been accounted for in President Obama's health care overhaul.
Details must be worked out within this next year. Employers and individuals might be sure to get their benefits in place before any fines (taxes) are placed upon you. And the exchange you have heard about will be basic coverage's only and not be the comprehensive plans most companies provide to their employees now.
