| Callie Mason Strong |
Callie Mason Strong of Allen, Texas, passed away January 15, 2013, at the age of 70.
She was born February 17, 1942, in Nacogdoches, Texas, to Herbert Mason and Callie Alice (Sanford) Crowell. Mason was a member of First United Methodist Church of Allen.She is survived by her daughters, Sally Puckett and husband Jim Bob, Tammy DeVinny and husband Monte, and Libby Bardwell; grandchildren, Kaitlin White, Blaire Puckett, Brooke Puckett, Mackie Bardwell, Tanner DeVinny, Tucker DeVinny and Brady Bardwell; sister, Billie Sue Rushing; former spouse, Dan Strong; and numerous loving nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Creekwood United Methodist Church, 261 Country Club Road, Fairview, Texas 75069.
A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, January 18, 2013, at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel, in Allen, Texas. Interment will follow at Ridgeview Memorial Park, in Allen, Texas. The family will receive friends during a visitation on Thursday evening, January 17, 2013, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home in Allen, Texas.
