Section of Woodstream Drive to close Thursday, Friday

Woodstream Drive will be closed just north of Stonebrook Parkway beginning Thursday and will remain closed Friday as part of the Stonebrook Parkway construction project.
The road will be closed starting at 8 a.m. and will reopen by 2:30 p.m. both days. During these times, motorists who typically use Woodstream Drive north of Stonebrook Parkway will be detoured one block east to Crestline Circle in order to reach Bright Elementary, the Oakbrook Park neighborhood, and the businesses at 8100 and 8102 Stonebrook Parkway.
Traffic going to and from Bright Elementary will not be affected during the typical drop-off and pick-up times. Motorists are urged to use caution in the construction zone.
