Dr. Bob Morrison named superintendent of Garland ISD

In a unanimous vote, Garland ISD Trustees named Dr. Bob Morrison superintendent of schools at a specially called meeting Friday, Feb. 15. Morrison, current superintendent for Mansfield ISD, will assume his new role Feb. 25 -- less than one month after being named lone finalist for the position.
