Frankie Lynn Davis
Frankie Lynn Davis, 81, of Wylie, Texas, passed away February 16, 2013.
He was born November 29, 1931, in Prosper, Texas, to Agnes Lucille (Burleson) Davis and Otis Edward Davis.
On May 2, 1952, he married Barbara Jean Hartline in Renner, Texas. Frankie worked as a supervisor for the city of Richardson for 28 years. He was a member of Renner Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara Davis of Wylie, Texas; sons, Craig Davis of Quitman, Texas and Randy Davis of Wylie, Texas; daughter, Sherrie Cowart of Quitman, Texas; grandchildren, Shera McLemore, Amanda Yates and Shane Cowart; great-grandchildren, Blake and Aaron McLemore and Karli Cowart; brother, Clarence Davis and wife, Beverly; and numerous nieces, nephews and other loving relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Otis and Agnes Davis.
Funeral services were held 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, February 19, 2013, in the Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel. Interment followed at Ridgeview Memorial Park, Allen, Texas.
The family received friends during a visitation on Monday evening beginning at 7:00 p.m. at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home, Allen, Texas.
