Proof positive: Bulldogs reap rewards from tough non-district slate

PCA's Julius Randle to announce college commitment on March 20

Published: Tuesday, March 5, 2013 4:45 PM CST
Fresh off leading the Prestonwood Christian Academy boys basketball team to its third TAPPS 5A State Championship, the next order of business for senior Julius Randle is his college commitment.

That decision will be made on March 20, as announced by the star forward -- ranked No. 2 in the nation according to Rivals -- on Monday night. The commitment will take place at noon and is expected to come on ESPNU.

Randle, who averaged 37 points and 17.5 rebounds over in the weekend at the TAPPS State Tournament, will decide between Texas, Kansas, Kentucky, North Carolina State, Florida and Oklahoma.
