Portion of Coit Road closed beginning March 18
Staff report
Coit Road will be closed between Main Street and Eldorado Parkway beginning at 9 a.m. Monday, March 18. The road will remain closed for six to seven months while the existing two-lane asphalt road is replaced with a new four-lane concrete roadway.
Signs that direct motorists to use Independence Parkway as a detour around the road will be posted during Coit's closure. Motorists are urged to use caution in the construction zone and to seek an alternate route in advance.
