The Dallas Symphony Orchestra has selected Stonebriar Community Church for its inaugural DSO on the Go! concert series.

The Dallas Symphony Orchestra will perform two Saturday matinee concerts at Stonebriar Community Church this season: October 13, 2012 and April 20, 2013, at 2:30 p.m. Tickets will be available for $10, $20, or $40 at https://www.dallassymphony.com/education-community/dso-on-the-go.aspx or at the door of the event.

In addition to reduced prices, the audience will enjoy the added benefit of convenient, free parking in their own community.

The October 13, 2012 concert, conducted by Alasdair Neale with violin soloist Angela Fuller, will include:

Berlioz: Roman Carnival Overture
Mendelssohn: Violin Concerto
Dvorak: Symphony No. 9 in E Minor �From the New World�

Dr. Laurie Shulman, DSO program annotator, will lecture on the afternoon's musical selections at 1:15 p.m.
